Instructions
Mix the water with the flaxseed meal and let it stand for a few minutes.
During this time, mix the flour with the plantain husk, then add the butter and work it into a crumbly state.
Add the flaxseed meal mixture and work it into a dough consistency.
Form small worms from it and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes.
Once baked, let it cool.
Melt ⅔ of the dark chocolate over steam.
Once the chocolate has melted, remove it from the stove and add the remaining dark chocolate.
When the chocolate has melted, dip ⅔ of the cookies into it one at a time.
Then put it in the fridge for a few minutes.
